To create a block randomization list it is necessary to provide the number of subjects per block and the number of subjects for each treatment.
It is important to note that the total number of subjects (all treatments) must be divisible by the block size, and that the number of subjects for each treatment group must be divisible by the number of blocks.
However, the number of subjects per block is not mandatory, and its absence results in a simple randomization process.
